1. We reserve the right to decline an affiliate
account application, without reason or cause.
2. We reserve the right to change the product
prices from time to time which may have an effect on the commission.
3. The commission will be paid in full via check
at the end of every second month. If your total referral commission
is under $50 it will be carried over to the next billing cycle.
It will be paid out once it is over $50.
4. Payment will be through a check written from
a US bank account in US dollars. We will not accept responsibility
for clearing the check at your financial institution. It is your
responsibility to find a way to cash your check. It will be drawn
from a US bank in US funds. If your bank does not accept US checks,
you must arrange a way to cash your check. We can not provide any
assistance in this.
5. A referral commission will not be paid on
orders that are fraudulent, result in a Chargeback or a customer
refund. If the buyer requests a refund at a later time, the original
commission credited will be deducted from future commissions.
6. We reserve the right to evaluate your site
and terminate individual agreements after notification through
E-mail. In such situations, our sole responsibility ends at issuing
a check corresponding to the outstanding amount in your credit.
No explanation for the termination will necessarily be given. Except
when terminated for cause, your existing commissions will be due
to you at termination.
7. You must not use your referring URL in conjunction
with any type of Internet abuse. Specifically:
a. Unsolicited commercial E-mail or spamming
b. Inappropriate newsgroup posts
c. Any other Internet activity that is clearly abusive
If your use of referring URL in any way generates
a complaint, we will reserve the right to terminate your account
at our sole discretion. Except when terminated for cause, your
existing commissions will be due to you at termination.
8. Once you send a customer to us, we take every
precaution to ensure any future sales from that customer will be
credited to you.
