The Color/Font tab contains the following options:

Misc: Here you can set up the colors and fonts of window elements, such as bookmarks, brace highlights, horizontal divider lines, left margin, line numbers, vertical divider lines, window.

Language-specific color/font options: Here you can set up the color and fonts, which are to be used when you are coding in a particular language (i.e. Ada, C#, Java, PHP, etc.) You can select the colors and fonts of comments, hyperlinks, keywords, numbers, operators, strings, and text.
