The Language/Tabs tab contains the following options:

Language: Here you can select the programming language you are using and whether text case should be adjusted when you are typing language keywords or not.

Auto Indentation Style: You can select if the auto indentation is off, according to the language scoping or use the same indentation as the previous line.

Statement Completion: Here you can select whether to auto list members or not and whether parameter information should be auto completed or not.

Tabs: Here you can set the tab size and whether tabs should be converted to white spaces when typing or not.

Keyboard: This tab contains a list of all commands and allows to assign/modify assigned keyboard shortcuts.
