View Menu The View menu contains commands, which allow you to select how your code and documents are displayed on screen. The View menu has the following menu items: Toolbars Toolbars command shows the toolbars you can display or hide in TurboEditor. If you want to customize your toolbars to include only the buttons you need, you can do it from the Customize submenu. Status Bar Status Bar command is a toggle, which shows/hides the status bar. Directory View Directory View command offers several choices how to have the files in the Directory tab displayed. These choices include: Large Icons, Small Icons, List, and Details. The changes you make from here will be visible when you click on the Directory View tab to display it in the left pane, or when you select the Directory View command from the same menu. Arrange Icons Arrange Icon command allows to choose how the icons in the Directory tab are arranged. The available choices are: By Name, By Type, By Size, and By Date Left Margin Left Margin command is a toggle, which shows/hides the left margin in the Code Editor window. Line Number Line Number command is a toggle, which shows/hides the line numbers in the Code Editor window. Show HTML Toolbar Show HTML Toolbar command is a toggle, which shows/hides the HTML toolbar above the code in the Code Editor window. Clip Text Clip Text command opens the Clip Text tab, which contains many special symbols you can use in your code. Find In Files Find in Files command opens the Find in Files tab, where you can search for text strings in your code. Directory Directory command opens the Directory tab, which shows the drives and folders on your computer. Project Project command opens the Project tab, which shows the files in your current project. Options Options command opens the Options dialog. |
