If you have a problem with the schedule/sync feature: The problem occurs in:
TurboFTP GUI program's build-in scheduler function
TurboFTP's Sync Service module

Problem occures
Paste Log

  • If the problem occurs in TurboFTP GUI program (including its build-in scheduler function), right click in the Log Window and Copy Selected, or go to [Options | General | Log file name] to open the GUI program's log file if you have enabled it.
  • If the problem occurs in TurboFTP's Sync Service module, you can access the log of a specific task in Task Scheduler by using the Task Log button.
